This was the first time I did a paint by number on canvas. Some of the paints weren’t thick enough so I had to paint over certain section 4 or 5 times for it to look right. It took me a long time to get this done but I enjoyed it.

This is my first paint by numbers. The site has some great info and the paper pattern is very helpful. I have taken pictures with my cell phone to blow it up for those hard to read areas. If I had to criticize it would be it took forever to get and the paint brushes are not the best. Invest in a set, I think I paid about $12. On Amazon and they were significantly better for those small hard to paint areas.

This painting was challenging but not overly so. I am getting old and seeing the numbers required glasses and a magnifying glass at times but the finished product is beautiful. Well worth taking my time to get it right. Micro brushes .02 are recommended

I am just finishing this one now. The canvas is very nice and I like the bright colors. The numbers are very easy to read. I wish I would have ordered another one before this was finished so I can keep going and not have to wait for my next one to arrive. This is my second order and there will be more.

Unfortunately this picture was destroyed in a house fire back in sept of last year. I did not get a chance to paint it at all. I’ll have to re-order it and try again. I was deployed to Kuwait and couldn’t get it there either.

Beautiful painting but when I received it, the lines and numbers were very thick and dark compared to another I had gotten. Even after 2 or 3 coats I can still see them. Colors differed from website picture but I still like it. I am in no way an artist but was very fun to do.

I’m very happy with my painting. I had it professionnally framed as the canvas was very wrinkled. I ran out of some of the green colors (2 or 3 coats are needed for each color) and had to be creative to finish my project. I’m very excited to see it hung in my grandson’s bedroom.

Fabulous design, great colors, nice canvas. But the paint was very inconsistent – some perfect, some so thin that it took 6+ coats to cover the numbers, and others (especially the white) so thick they were almost impossible to work with (even after thinning with water).

I think tips should be included for those of us who are not Artists. (Take a picture before starting, Gesso primer, finishing spray, paint the number…). Loved the colors!

I ordered five for my family for Christmas, and this one was mine. I was intimidated when I opened the package and saw how small the paint areas were on some of them. This one looked the best, so I chose this one and left the others for my adult children who have younger eyes. I loved painting it and am thrilled with how it turned out. I have taken on finishing the Paris one that my husband started – it is much more difficult as it has more details and colors. Choose this one first! Love it!

This is a beautiful finished product. The only negative is that there was barely enough paint for some colors, especially those that are so light they need multiple coverings. For full impact I still need more paint.

I ordered this paint by numbers kit as physical therapy after repair of brain aneurysms left me with some nerve damage to my dominant arm and hand. The fine hand work required for this piece has help to decrease the numbness and pins + needles sensations, and improved functionality.
It was an added bonus for me to end up with a beautiful painting. I have also ordered a custom kit from one of my own photos.
The kits have come with everything needed. Plenty of paint and brushes.
The canvas has been a little to moderately wrinkled and the colors come out a little to dark.
I will definitely order more custom prints, but lighten the image before submitting.

I really want to love this painting kit. I have high hopes that it will turn out well. I am very disappointed that with 2 of the main paint colors I need arrived with little pots that were almost empty, while others are filled to the top. It’s causing me anxiety now, have to go and try to “paint match” the colors at local craft store. Also, a few of the numbers are missing in the paint area, so do not know what color to use. On the up side, it is a nice kit and I am finding it to be relaxing after a long work day. 🙂 I would give more stars if there was enough paint and could see the numbers on all of the paint areas.
